Therefore it is now possible to apply for our Management Traineeship in the Unilever Future Leaders Programme. We will recruit talent that would like to start on 1 September 2013.
From October 14 - November 30 we will open all available traineeships in the programme to begin recruiting talent that would like to start September 1st 2013.
The first thing you need to do when you wish to apply for a Unilever Management Traineeship is to complete an online application form. It’s quite long but it allows you to present a complete picture of your talents, interests and ambitions.
After filling in your application form, we will invite you to do online assessment tests. These tests will measure your numerical and logical skills.
Submit your application as per the instructions you’ll find on the website and make sure you do so before the closing date. In order to be fair to everyone, applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
After having received your application, it will be read by one of our trained recruiters. If your application receives a positive evaluation and if you pass the tests, you will proceed to the next round: the interview.
To begin with, your online application will be read by one of our trained recruiters. If your application receives a positive evaluation, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview with one of our recruiters. The interview will start with a Dutch/French language test. Depending on your result your interview will be continued or not. Next to that, one question is asked in English. If there is a mutual click and your interview is successful we will invite you to our (inhouse) assessment day.
The (inhouse) assessment
The final step of the selection procedure is our (inhouse) assessment. During this assessment you will get the chance to give us an insight into your personality and competencies together with others in our assessment centre. During this exciting day you will meet and be evaluated by some of our top Unilever managers! These managers know exactly what we look for in a talent and what the current business needs.
If you are successful during that (inhouse) assessment day, you will be offered a challenging traineeship with Unilever Benelux!
