The Unilever Future Leaders Programme starts twice a year, on March 1st and September 1st of each year.
The online application
The first thing you need to do when you wish to apply for a Unilever Management Traineeship is to complete an online application form. It’s quite long but it allows you to present a complete picture of your talents, interests and ambitions. Apply as soon as possible as the screening process starts directly after your application.
Submit your application form as per the instructions you’ll find on the website. And make sure you do so before the closing date. In order to be fair to everybody, applications received after that date will not be considered.
Online assessment
After receiving your application, your online application will be read by one of our trained recruiters. If your application receives a positive evaluation, we will invite you to do online assessment tests. These tests will measure your numerical and logical skills. If you pass these tests, you will go to the next round; the interview.
The interview
To begin with, your online application will be read by one of our trained recruiters. If your application receives a positive evaluation, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview with one of our recruiters. The interview will start with a Dutch/French language test. Depending on your result your interview will be continued or not. Next to that, one question is asked in English. If there is a mutual click and your interview is successful we will invite you to our (inhouse) assessment day.
The (inhouse) assessment
The final step of the selection procedure is our (inhouse) assessment. During this assessment you will get the chance to give us an insight into your personality and competencies together with others in our assessment centre. During this exciting day you will meet and be evaluated by some of our top Unilever managers! These managers know exactly what we look for in a talent and what the current business needs.
The offer
If you are successful during that (inhouse) assessment day, you will be offered a challenging traineeship with Unilever Benelux!
