On the job

Specific programmes ensure you build expertise in your chosen career. In some areas you can earn professional qualifications and, as you progress, you’ll develop your leadership capabilities. Each function has its own Academy – a team that continually offers a professional learning curriculum. The courses are often offered by e-learning that enables you to learn at your own pace and take control of your development. These e-learning modules are made available on an online platform and intranet portal. Here you’ll also find the very latest news, articles and newest thoughts/visions. In fact, all essential information to keep in touch with the business.

General & Management Skills

General and Management Skills are related to the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours and techniques required by an individual in order to carry out their responsibilities. We offer our employees a professional learning curriculum that contains around 200 courses, across different business areas via an online platform. These courses are offered in e-learning and (virtual) classroom training. This provides flexibility and opportunity for all types of learning styles and training methodologies.
Futhermore we have access to an online library with thousands of management books, podcasts en summaries. Everything you need stay up-to-date is accessible online.
